rooftop pool modern equipment natural light
the rooftop pool was a highlight with its fine views i swam there daily the gym had modern equipment a definite plus for workout enthusiasts the room featured floor to ceiling windows providing ample natural light. staff members were polite and always happy to assist.
the air conditioning system struggled to maintain a consistent cool temperature it made the room stuffy at times.

the hotel is near shing mun river it offers pleasant scenery. a nearby cycle park provides recreational opportunities . its accessible paths and winding gradients add interest to the experience.

mizutani the japanese restaurant serves awesome japanese food. the weekend brunch provides high-quality choices at reasonable prices. i found the buffet very nice especially the breakfast selection with items from different nations.

Excellent Hotel with Great Amenities
water dispenser in-room ipad self-service laundry
I appreciated the convenience of the water dispenser on each floor, it really helped reduce plastic waste. The in-room iPad controlled the lights and power! it also displayed helpful hotel information like bus schedules. I found the 24-hour self-service laundry easy to use, and that was a bonus.
The breakfast variety, although decent, became a little repetitive after a few days .

The rooftop pool offers great city views, and the gym has modern equipment. I saw free bikes available for residents, this included electric bikes, traditional pedal bikes, and smaller bikes for children to use in the cycle park.

The hotel is in a quiet area and provides a shuttle service to the closest metro station. A bus from the airport stops directly at the hotel entrance, this made arrival easy. The location suited me, though it is a little removed.

airport bus minibar food helpful staff
I loved the proximity to the airport bus. It made travel so easy. the complimentary minibar food items were a good surprise, really adding value! And a 7-eleven on the ground floor meant i could grab snacks whenever i wanted. So convenient. the staff were helpful. They always greeted me with a smile.
The rooms felt a little too small, especially with luggage. it was manageable. But more space would be amazing. it could get a little cramped at times. i hope they could consider room size options.

The hotel includes a gym. A swimming pool is also available. a water station is available on each floor. So i was able to fill up my water bottle easily. a shuttle bus service adds to the convenience.

The room featured a comfortable bed and a lilly coffee pod machine! storage space was abundant. I never felt cramped at all. the bathroom had a great design and felt very modern, with all the amenities.

Really good Service and Modern Comforts
free upgrade apartment room comfortable bed
I received a complimentary upgrade to an apartment room, a good surprise. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The bed provided really good comfort, guaranteeing restful sleep. All necessary amenities were readily available within the room.
The front office did not inform me about cheaper online rates for extending my stay. I was charged a considerably higher price at the front desk. It felt somewhat unfair.

The hotel's location is convenient, offering easy access to various public transportation options. MTR access and airport bus services are just a short walk away. It's so easy to go anywhere from this location.

average stay with notable issues
stuffy room rude staff
the air conditioning was definitely a problem. i set it to the lowest temperature, but the room stayed stuffy. the staff's attitude at breakfast and the front desk wasn't great. i found them unhelpful and even rude at times, especially regarding a laundry token purchase. it seemed like they didn't care much about my concerns.
